Belt sintering machine trolley arching phenomenon appeared reasons and the harm produced

1. Reason

When the trolley enters the tail of the sintering machine, it will start to enter the swing after the centre of the star wheel, in the process of catching up with the front trolley, the trolley will be pushed forward due to the force of the star wheel gear plate, the rear wheel of the trolley's ferrule will be in contact with the front working surface of the gear plate, and the forward force will be generated, but this thrust will have an upward force in the contact surface, in the process of generating the force, if the torque is too big over the trolley's self-weight, the trolley will be lifted upward under the action of this force, and the front trolley will still continue to rotate, pushing the following trolley forward. In the process of generating the partial force, if the moment is too large to exceed the weight of the trolley, the trolley will be lifted upwards under the action of this partial force, while the star wheel gear plate will continue to rotate and push the following trolley forward, and the front trolley will be crowded out by the rear trolley due to the cassette wheel leaving the gear plate, so it cannot be landed back on the track. Due to the arching phenomenon of each trolley, the trolley shoulder will appear on the return track.

2. Influencing factors of split force

2.1 After the tail end of the trolley is levelled, the force on the rear wheel will be reduced due to the change of the contact area between the front part of the tooth plate and the rear wheel of the trolley.

2.2 When the chuck wheel of the trolley is caught by the star wheel gear plate in the upper track of the tail, the thrust FT generated by the star wheel in the lower track can be reduced by increasing the resistance of the star wheel, so that the upward separation Ff acting on the chuck wheel can be reduced.

2.3 The star wheel gear plate will be due to the uneven force at the end of the sintering machine, the phenomenon of trolley deflection, such deflection will increase the length of the trolley combination in the lower track, and the increase in the length will increase the trolley combination of the internal upward force, which makes the friction force increase.

2.4 The friction F of the lower track will be affected by the length of the combination of the trolley, and the tail of the machine loser in the counterweight on the appropriate or not and flexible or not straight will directly affect the combination of the length of the trolley.

3、Harm

3.1 Damage the bearing. Trolley arch phenomenon, the operation of the entire equipment will not stop, therefore, the trolley will continue to run to the head of the sintering machine, due to the trolley's self-weight and equipment head of the role of the star wheel, in the run to the head of the head of the sudden fall, due to the impact and the force generated by the bearings is very easy to cause damage to the bearings, and serious accidents will result in the impact of the operation of the equipment. In addition, the end face of the trolley will also wear out under the impact, thus accelerating the aging of the equipment and increasing the consumption of spare parts.

3.2 Reducing the production efficiency of the sintering machine. Due to the arching phenomenon, the sintering machine will have air leakage, and in the whole production of sinter mine, about 70% of the energy is consumed in the fan, and the larger the air leakage, the higher the consumption of the fan, i.e., the arching phenomenon will increase the cost of production and affect the output.

3.3 Causing safety hazards. Due to the arching phenomenon, the combined length of the trolley on the upper track and lower track will be different, and thus the equipment will bear a large upward force, and the bearing capacity of the steel structure is limited, and if it exceeds the limit, there will be a potential safety hazard.

What are the more common crushing processes in mineral processing plants?

More common in mineral processing plants are two-stage crushing process and three-stage crushing process. The two-stage crushing process is subdivided into two open-circuit and two closed-circuit. In the latter, the second section of the crusher is closed circuit with the inspection screen, which ensures that the product particle size meets the requirements and does not affect the next step of the grinding operation.

Roll Crusher Performance and Usage

Roll crusher belongs to a kind of high-efficiency crushing equipment, roll crusher since its inception, to help people solve a lot of bottlenecks in the industrial field. Roll crusher after continuous improvement, optimization, upgrading equipment, can help achieve a lot of industrial production in the fine crushing operation requirements.

Classification of commonly used crushing and grinding machinery

According to the mode of action of crushing force can be roughly divided into two main categories of crushing machinery: (1) crushers; (2) mills. Crushers generally deal with larger pieces of material, product size is coarse, usually more than 8 mm. Its structure is characterised by a certain gap between the crushing parts, not in contact with each other. Crusher can be divided into coarse crusher, medium crusher and fine crusher. Generally speaking, the materials handled by the mill are finer, and the product size is fine, up to 0.074 mm, or even finer. Its structure is characterised by crushing parts (or media) in contact with each other, the media used are steel balls, steel rods, gravel or ore blocks. But some machinery is both crushing and grinding, such as $ 5.5 mx 1.8 m grinding mill to deal with the upper limit of the ore size up to 350 ~ 400 mm, the product fineness up to -200 mesh accounted for about 40%. According to the crushing method, mechanical construction features (principle of action) to divide, roughly divided into six categories. (1) Jaw crusher (slot). The crushing action is to rely on the movable jaw plate periodically pressed to the fixed plate, will be sandwiched between the ore crushed. (2) Cone crusher. The ore pieces are between the inner and outer cones, the outer cone is fixed, and the inner cone makes eccentric class action, which crushes or breaks the ore pieces clamped in it. (3) Roll crusher. Ore block in the two opposing rotating rolls in the crevice, mainly by the continuous crushing effect, but also with the abrasive stripping effect, toothed roll surface and splitting effect. (4) Impact crusher. The ore block is crushed by the impact of the fast rotating moving parts. Belong to this category can be divided into: hammer crusher; cage crusher; impact crusher. (5) Mills. The ore is crushed by the impact and grinding action of the grinding media (steel balls, steel rods, gravel or ore pieces) in the rotating cylinder. (6) Other types of crushing and grinding: 1) Roller mill. Borrowing rolling sticks to crush the material. 2) Disc mill. Using the vertical axis or horizontal axis of the disc rotation as a crushing component. 3) Centrifugal mill. Use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating parts and media to complete the crushing effect.4) Vibrating mill. The use of rotating shaft to produce high-frequency vibration, so that the media and the material to complete the crushing effect of mutual impact. Various types of crushers have different specifications, different scope of use. At present, the coarse crushing in the processing plant mostly uses jaw crusher or gyratory crusher; medium crushing adopts standard cone crusher; fine crushing adopts short head cone crusher.

What are the advantages of laser cladding over other cladding technologies?

Following the development of mechanised industry, and other cladding skills (such as spraying tungsten carbide, tungsten carbide spraying plasma spraying or arc welding) compared to laser cladding is a unique process, the use of which there are fundamental differences. With laser cladding, a highly concentrated heat source has a significant impact on the product. Because of its low heat input, high cure rate and accurate process control, laser cladding has many advantages.
